EVERSANA, in collaboration with Google Cloud, has unveiled what it calls the first end-to-end AI (artificial intelligence) Agency in the marketing industry. This agency involves an automated model where specialised AI โagentsโ support strategy, omnichannel execution and content creation. The model promises to offer a potential shift in how teams buy and run communications services, focusing on AI-mediated processes and measurable time and cost savings. According to John Clarkson, Senior Vice President of strategic development at Eversana Intouch, the model employs a human-in-the-loop strategy, an approach where AI systems work together with humans and depend on human input.
