EVERSANA, in collaboration with Google Cloud, has unveiled what it calls the first end-to-end AI (artificial intelligence) Agency in the marketing industry. This agency involves an automated model where specialised AI โ€˜agentsโ€™ support strategy, omnichannel execution and content creation. The model promises to offer a potential shift in how teams buy and run communications services, focusing on AI-mediated processes and measurable time and cost savings. According to John Clarkson, Senior Vice President of strategic development at Eversana Intouch, the model employs a human-in-the-loop strategy, an approach where AI systems work together with humans and depend on human input.
